1. Does Our Stones ship to my country?

Due to shipping restrictions, we currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We sincerely apologize for this and are continuing our efforts to resolve the issue.

    2. How much does shipping cost?

    You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$69. 

    PS. We have free shipping site-wide promotions during the sale season. Stay tuned!

    1. “Free shipping for orders over $69 USD” is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.
    2. The shipping cost-$18 USD of the Free Product is not deductible. $18 USD including processing fee, shipping, and customs duties.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

    3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

    (not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

    • Express Shipping Time (Fedex / DHL ): 6-8 Business Days.
    • Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.

      Wrong Shipping Information

      • If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
      • Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

        4、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
        1. Once the product has been handcrafted at the production site and handed over to the carrier, the order tracking number will be uploaded to the order page.
        2. Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. 
        So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

        6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

        If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at E-mail: caojianjun2862@gmail.com.We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
